So as you all know we have been eating SUPER heathly around Bungalow 34 for the past few weeks. We are both loving this new found energy in food and how wonderful it makes us feel.
These yummy smoothies have been made just about everyday.

1-2 Cups of Spinach
1 Med Banana
1 Cup Vanilla Soy
2 T Protien Powder (I use SunWarrior)
1 T Chia Seeds
This gives you:
Beta Carotene, Vitamin B1, B2, B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6 (Pyridoxine), Folate, Vitamin C , Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Potassium, Lots of Protien (from my milk & protien power I am getting about 15G) last but not least the Chia seeds give us more than 60% Omega-3 fatty acid, this is the highest percentage of Omega-3 of any commercially available source.
Not only will you get a smootie packed full of vitamins & minerals its pretty damn tasty as well I swear!
My next favorite are these little...
Pizzas!
1 Sprouted Ezekiel Tortilla
Tomato Sauce (we buy fresh house sauce from Hubbel & Hudson)
Pop it in the oven with just the sauce at 350 for about 10 min (until crust crunchy)
Then Top with:

Top with Chunks of aged Romano Cheese
This gives you:
Vitamins A, C, and K, folate, iron, calcium, fiber, All 18 amino acids and about 5-9 grams of Protien (4 grams from the tortilla + the amount of cheese used)
Over our 5 day Stay-Cation Mr. Arkansas and I ate 6 of these yummy pizzas... give them a try!
