It’s an honor to welcome you into my little virtual world. Once upon a time I was free-spirited lush, living outside the big city with my husband. We would spend anniversaries traveling abroad having our fill of the world. Weekends were spent riding bikes, grilling and swimming in our backyard.
This was me then:
As we started creeping up on the end of our roaring 20’s we decided it was time to make our move outside the city. So we quit our jobs, sold our house, boat and moved from Texas to Missouri. Then a few months after arriving we were surprised to find out we were expecting.

These days I'm doing my best to balance being a wife and new stay at home mom. I’m a complete over-sharer, rescuer of strange dogs on the street, baker, painter, giggler, furniture refinisher, an over-reactor and a spiller of all things. I suspect I have a mild case of OCD, although I've found it quite useful. In addition to the self-diagnosed lunacy, I am also a wildly curious, cheap and a little bit of a control freak.

This is a place where I will more often than
not, say the wrong things and misquote songs or people. Every now and
then I come up with a really cool idea or recipe. I will most likely ramble on
over various topics I find interesting. I can be completely confusing but also
hysterical.
